I’m no expert on how effective it will be as a promotional vehicle, but I do think it’s beautiful. Love the logo and nav, and the ‘Empty’ series is stunning. Well done.

The simplicity of it makes it very easy to navigate and puts focus on the images themselves. It’s intelligently designed. My only complaint is that the in-browser resizing of the enlarged images (based on the window’s dimensions) creates digital artifacts, making many photos look blocky and weird and grossly digital. Everything else is wonderful, but I think this is a serious flaw. I’d keep the images at a static size. Otherwise, kudos!

Very good work and redesign. I particularly like the subtle float of the logo over the top of the images. Nice touch.

Peter – It looks great. I’d started to employ a similar horiz-scroll design a few months ago, but was dismayed about the vertical shots. How they lose their importance because their scale is so much smaller than horizontal shots…
